Jo is “the boss”, our Leader and is great…we all think she is fab and a right laugh but she still keeps us on the straight and narrow!
She went through a horrible interview process where she met members of the teenage carers group who decided if they liked her or not! Luckily they did and she got the job and has been working with the project for over 2 years now.
Jo has organised loads of fun things for us to do, including residential weekends away. The best one was to Hilltops in Sherringham where many of us (including Jo) overcame our fears of heights and trusting other people not to let you fall off the logs suspended high in the air!
